Returns Policy

We always want you to be over the moon with your purchase from us, but we know that sometimes you may wish to return an item.

Our returns policy is valid for 7 days after you recieve the product according to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

So, if you change your mind about your purchase you can send it back to us and when we recieve and assess the item, we'll issue a refund.

For exchanges, we can exchange the returned item for another of  the same value of the original item.


Returns By Post

To return an item, please:

  • Return the item, undamaged, in the original packing.
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation, so we know who's returning the item to us.
  • Send items back via Royal Mail Special Delivery and pay for the additional insurance to cover the full value of the item.

When we recieve and assess the item, we'll process the refund back to the original card used to make the purchase.

We recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery and ensure the item is covered to its full value - you are responsbile for items sent to us which are not received (lost in the post or stolen), if we do not reiceve the item, we cannot process a refund or exchange.

Unless the item is faulty, the customer will pay the cost of postage for returning the item back to us.

Refund Processing Cost
If you have paid by Credit card, then we will refund the cost of the purchase, minus a 3% payment processing fee. This is because when one of our customers makes a purchase using a credit card, we get charged a percentage of the total purchase price to recieve the payment from our customer via Credit card.

Cancelling and Order Before Despatch
If you change your mind after ordering from us, please contact us straight away. We'll need your full name, address and transaction details to confirm order cancellation.
The right to cancel does not apply to bespoke items or items which are altered for you personally or made to order,  these orders cannot be cancelled after we start the manufacturing process and you agree to the timescale stipulated in the supplying of the item.

Returning a Gift
Refunds can only be made to the original fund source, therefore if the reciever of the gift wishes to return the item then we have to refund to the original buyer.
Alternatively we can swap the item for another of the same value, or generate a discount voucher code matching the sum to be refunded.

Beskpoke Jewellery & Personalised Goods
Please note that, unless otherwise agreed prior to purchase, we cannot accept the return of items made to order, items personalised to your specification, items which have been handmade to order or any other bespoke jewellery.
